1) About DUO Residences

DUO Residences is a mixed development which will comprise luxury residences, hotel, office and a retail complex located on Ophir-Rochor Road in the Downtown Core of Singapore. The two-tower development will rule over the Bugis skyline by 2017. The project is being developed by M+S, a collaboration between Malaysia’s Khazanah Nasional and Singapore’s Temasek Holdings. Standing approximately 186m, the taller of this two-tower project will host a number of residential units as well as an observation deck with a panoramic view of its surroundings, with the smaller 170m high tower housing office space and a hotel. Once completed, the sprawling Duo Residences complex will offer 64,000Sq M of office space, 660 residential flats, retail space spread over almost 80,000 square feet, and will boast a 5-star hotel that will offer visitors 350 beds of luxurious living.

DUO Residences location gives it prime access to a range of amenities, including education, arts, entertainment and cultural offerings from Bras Basah Bugis nearby. An office space in the immediate vicinity means this location is ideal for business and other commercial ventures.  With links to the East-West Line and the upcoming Downtown Line via the Bugis MRT interchange, DUO provides convenient access to mass transit. Duo is also conveniently located to deliver easy access to expressways like the ECP, KPE and the PIE. And upon completion, Duo will become the natural extension to the existing network of offices, hotels and convention centers at Mariana Center.

Diagonally across from Bugis Junction and Bugis+, DUO is conveniently connected to a vibrant retail hub where unique shopping experiences await. Sidewalk cafes and alfresco eateries line the nearby street at Haji Lane and Arab Street, alongside an eclectic array of stories. For those with a passion for the arts, the Singapore Art Museum is a short walk away at Bras Bash, and two of the nation’s largest art school – LASALLE Colleage of the Arts and School of the Arts – can be found in the area. The Singapore Management University and National Library round off the confluence of educational facilities in the area.
